Message Frequency
You may receive SMS messages 1 to 3 times per ride request or up to 5 messages per week, depending on your interaction with our service.
Promotional messages are only sent if you opt in separately and will not exceed 4 messages per month.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Drift LLC, we strive to provide a seamless and hassle-free experience. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our refund and cancellation policy below:
Customers may cancel their booking without penalty if the driver has not yet been dispatched to the pickup location.
Full refunds will be processed for cancellations under these conditions. Once the driver has been dispatched, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
Drop-off Location Changes: Modifying the drop-off location after the ride has begun may incur additional fees based on the updated route and distance.
Waiting Time Policy: Drivers prioritize punctuality and efficiency. As such: Drivers will wait at the designated pickup location for up to 5 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
If the customer does not arrive or communicate within this time frame, the booking will be automatically canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Refund Process: If a customer cancels a service after making a payment—whether due to a change of mind or if no driver has arrived for pickup—we will void the payment within 24 hours.
The refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
